利用規約

本利用規約（以下、「本規約」）は、Kanapp（以下、「当アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。

1. 規約の適用

ユーザーは、当アプリをダウンロードおよび利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

2. ライセンスと知的財産権

当アプリに含まれるコンテンツ、デザイン、プログラムの著作権は当方に帰属します。なお、文字の筆順データは Ulrich Apel 氏による「KanjiVG」のライセンス（CC BY-SA 3.0）に基づき利用されています。

3. アプリ内課金

追加パックの購入は買い切り型のアイテムです。一度購入された課金アイテムの返金手続き等は、Apple Inc. の規定に従います。

4. 免責事項

当アプリの利用により生じた直接的または間接的な損害について、当方は一切の責任を負いません。

5. 規約の変更

本規約は予告なく変更されることがあります。最新の規約は本ページにて公開されます。

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Kanapp application ("App").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property & Licenses

All rights, titles, and interests in the App are owned by us. The stroke order data is derived from "KanjiVG" by Ulrich Apel under CC BY-SA 3.0 license.

3. In-App Purchases

In-app purchases are non-consumable one-time purchases. All refunds and billing inquiries are governed by Apple Inc.'s policies.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

5. Standard EULA

In addition to these Terms, the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies: Apple Standard EULA.

Términos de Uso

Estos Términos rigen el uso de la aplicación Kanapp.

1. Aceptación

Al descargar la Aplicación, usted acepta estos Términos de Uso.

2. Propiedad Intelectual

Todos los derechos sobre la Aplicación son propiedad de Kichiemon. Los datos de trazado utilizan la licencia CC BY-SA 3.0 de KanjiVG.

3. Compras

Las compras en la aplicación son un pago único no consumible. Los reembolsos se gestionan mediante las políticas de Apple Inc.
